UWorld is hard but the explanations ...The AAMC offers two CARS Question Packs—called Volume 1 and Volume 2—and between the two of them you get a total of 43 passages. It's worth doing every single one of them. But there's a few other things you should know about them before you start. The first thing is that Volume 1 is actually harder than the real MCAT.Yes, UWorld is more difficult than the NCLEX. I say that because the last 5 times I've taken the NCLEX, I got so many SATA questions that I had less difficulty answering them this time around, all because I did UWorld. I tried Kaplan, Hurst, NCSBN, and Saunders/Silvestri, but they didn't work for me.That the actual test biochem is slightly easier calms me down a bit. I just took two more blocks of biochem back to back, reading all the info answers...got excited after 71% on the first block, only to drop down back to 58%. Weak.
