He's a high functioning sociopath by nature, he integrates cyberware well and he's naturally skilled. The numbers for making another Smasher would be something approaching 0%, we're talking like 1 in several trillion odds, if not higher.You can spare every mini-boss: Royce, Woodman, Sasquatch, Placide, Oda, Smasher.
