It wasn't started for a couple of days during a storm. Temperatures were in the -20's Celsius. Went to start it and it won't. Even when not that cold it seems to struggle to start when cold. No dash lights, no crank, no start. 2009 seems to have no power to fuse panel, checked all fuses and relays...all good. Only thing that comes on is an oil light and flashers. My stock battery in my 2020 TRD drained to 7V once in the early 2020, just a few months having the new RAV4. I then replaced it with an AGM battery without going to dealers. I don't have any battery troubles since then. I have also updated the DCM software myself. .
